The founding partner, Ashok Rudy Ratnanesan, graduated in law from the UK in 1997 but delved into the communications industry upon his return. He was mesmerised by the dynamism and creativity involved in the trade and saw abundance of opportunity.

He later did his Masters in Marketing from Curtin University, Australia while working as a marketing consultant. Being meticulous and committed, he rose the ranks quickly in the local and multinational companies he was attached to and has an intimate working relationship with huge corporate brands such as Maxis, Shell, Nike, Maybank, Tesco, Hugo Boss, Lipton, Cornetto to name a few.

Ashok is a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and a Council Member of Institute Of Marketing Malaysia, the largest marketing body in Malaysia.

He speaks at various marketing engagements and coaches entreprenuers and innovators on marketing and sales.
